Advanced Automation and Safety with ARGAS® To ensure uninterrupted operation and structural integrity, the Platinum Series can be equipped with the optionally available Automatic Roll Gap Adjustment System (ARGAS®). Driven by hydraulic cylinders with embedded linear encoders, ARGAS® constantly monitors operating parameters in real-time. In the event of an overload or parameter breach, the system acts automatically to open the rolls in seconds, preventing mechanical jamming and dramatically reducing maintenance downtime.
