Sidharth started Ingenuity in 2012 with a focus on the gaming industry and over the last decade has built Ingenuity to be the largest services business globally assisting Tier 1 businesses with their product development and technology needs.

A budding entrepreneur, started his journey as a co-founding of ISHIR Infotech at the age of 23. He stumbled up to the Gaming Industry in 2005 when he helped a UK based business content business set up an offshore development centre in India. Sidharth is on the board of Media Run Search and SVP a legacy family business and was the co-founder of Playzido which was successfully acquired by Lights & Wonder.

Anant Swarup
Commercial Director & Chief Operating Officer

Anant joined Ingenuity in 2014 to help scale up the business & ensure top customer servicing and global delivery. He’s also growing the operations while maintaining its culture & deepening domain knowledge and expertise.

Previously Anant setup Media Run Digital in London in 2005 which he ran for a decade before its successful merger with the Big Group in 2014. Media run specialized in customer acquisition for clients in the gaming and technology sector.

Abhishek Sawney
Chief Financial Officer

Abhishek’s expertise lies in helping organizations grow by ensuring they are internally ready for growth. In addition to providing strategic direction, he helps organizations with their processes, MIS design and implementation, funding related activities and promoter exits. Abishek is a Chartered Accountant has over 30 years of work experience under his belt in both consulting (Audit, Tax and Business Consulting) and Industry. He has been in a CEO role for a San Diego based medical devices company and a strategic CFO role for over a decade.

Khushpal Sharma
Creative & Product Director

Khushpal joint the business in 2005 and has had has been at the core of our culture and management and leadership philosophy at Ingenuity. He built the creative studio at Ingenuity over the last decade and has consistently delivered 100% customer satisfaction and has a track record to delivery on time with top quality every time.

He has the rate ability to look at things from a 30,000 ft level and also go down into the details. He is a calm and composed thought leader with deep domain knowledge of our industry.

Nitin Singla
Technology Director

Nitin brings over 2 decades of technology leadership to Ingenuity where he has helped build the Landbased and Platforms business unit and has been responsible for building our Online gaming framework "Quest", the engine that powers most of the games we build for our global customers.

Prior to joining us he played key roles in managing and developing enterprise-wide implementations as Chief Architect and Practice Head Fiserv, Birla Soft and Prime Technologies, well established IT organizations. He is known for his ability for setting up ground-up practices across multiple global regions

Sanjay Sawhney
QA & Delivery Director

Sanjay brings a wealth of experience working in corporate leadership roles across organizations in India and the United States, managing large scaled up teams.

Over the last 7 years Sanjay has built the Test Lab business unit at Ingenuity and has a deep understanding of games as has assisted with delivery of various games development projects from time to time. He has helped implement various Automation Tools, ETL / DWBI Test Processes, designing and implementing frameworks and accelerators in e-Commerce, Banking and Manufacturing domains that include Oriflame, Nucleus Software Solutions and Birla Soft.

Narendra Chandel
HR Director

Narendra is responsible for Global Recruitment and Staffing, handling key processes, Employee Engagement, to include rewards & recognition and performance management across organization. He comes to ingenuity with experience in Human Resource, managing large business units globally for well established software and product based businesses in India.

His career started as commissioned officer of Indian Army and served in Assam, Sikkim, Delhi and J&K as Major. While with the Indian Army he led the largest team to the Sumit of Mount Everest. MBA graduate from XLRI, Jamshedpur, his corporate career began with TCS where he served more than a decade in various roles which includes HR Head for Global ROffice.
